Job summary

Johnson Controls International (JCI) is seeking an AI Product PM with strong Agile delivery focus to bridge business stakeholders and the AI team. You will gather requirements, create user stories, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

You will define scope, prioritize features, maintain a backlog, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions while driving Agile practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an analyst or project coordinator focused on AI projects and Agile delivery.
• Experience with Agile environments, Scrum or Kanban, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management bridging business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities translating complex requirements into user stories.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to work across a delivery landscape including Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and establish a product backlog.
• Translate business requirements to technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and development team, manage expectations and provide updates.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive delivery, including sprint planning and reviews.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies affecting timelines or deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT to validate data and analytics solutions meet requirements.
• Define KPIs and success criteria, monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Continuously improve Agile processes using lessons learned.
