McKinstry is hiring a Technical Product Manager, AI Delivery to turn AI strategy into shipped tools, measurable outcomes, and production-ready capabilities. You’ll own the intake pipeline, scope use cases, define success metrics, and manage pilots from approval to production.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technical program management, experience with AI/data products, and CSPO/PMP/SAFe credentials. You’ll collaborate across divisions to accelerate value and deliver impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program management with the ability to own a product lifecycle from requirements to shipped software.
• AEC industry experience is a plus, especially in construction, engineering or technical project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint methodology execution across all active AI tools, including planning, standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Translates approved use cases into product requirements such as user stories, acceptance criteria, data requirements, and API specifications.
• Owns the product lifecycle from pilot approval to production deployment; tracks progress against success criteria.
