Job summary

VDart Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Product Owner for a contract role to partner with business and tech teams to bring AI/use cases from framing to production release and adoption.

You will own use-case intake, backlog, acceptance criteria, KPIs, governance readiness, and measurable business outcomes, coordinating data, model, security, and risk stakeholders.

Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and enterprise AI in regulated environments is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business problem framing and identify AI/LLM/RAG/agentic solution patterns.
• Manage use-case intake, prioritization, feasibility assessment, and roadmap alignment.
• Create product epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release objectives.
• Coordinate data, model, platform, security, risk, and engineering stakeholders.
• Define KPIs for business, model quality, operations, adoption, and value realization.
• Support model selection, prompt strategy, RAG design, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Ensure responsible AI, security, compliance, and model-risk requirements are addressed.
• Drive user acceptance, release readiness, adoption planning, and post-release tracking.
