Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Enterprise DAISY Product Owner to maximize the value delivered by a dedicated Agile scrum team. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog that guides delivery.

This role partners with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive AI capabilities at enterprise scale, leading sprint readiness and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to execute against the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Translate business objectives into well-defined features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements.
• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to program objectives and business value.
• Review, refine, and accept completed work to ensure requirements and quality expectations are met.
• Make day-to-day prioritization and scope decisions in support of delivery objectives.
• Serve as the primary Product Owner for a dedicated scrum team and drive backlog readiness for upcoming sprints.
• Promote adherence to Agile practices, sprint commitments, and team delivery routines.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and technology teams to remove blockers and improve team effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data, and operational stakeholders.
• Proactively provide updates on priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and delivery team execution.
• Help translate emerging AI capabilities into tangible business value.
