Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to execute against the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Translate business objectives into well-defined features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements.
• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to program objectives and business value.
• Review, refine, and accept completed work to ensure requirements and quality expectations are met.
• Make day-to-day prioritization and scope decisions in support of delivery objectives.
• Agile Team Leadership: Serve as the primary Product Owner for a dedicated scrum team.
• Drive backlog readiness to ensure sufficient work is prepared for upcoming sprints.
• Promote adherence to Agile practices, sprint commitments, and team delivery routines.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and technology teams to remove blockers and improve team effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business, technology, data, and operational stakeholders.
• Proactively provide clear and timely updates on priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while balancing competing priorities and delivery constraints.
• Build trusted partnerships across teams and challenge constructively when needed to drive the best outcomes.
• AI Program Enablement: Support delivery of strategic AI capabilities within the DAISY program.
• Partner with AI and technology teams to help translate emerging capabilities into business value.
• Contribute to the evolution of product management and Agile practices across the program.
• Help drive adoption of scalable AI solutions that support enterprise priorities.
