Job summary

Bank of America seeks a DAISY Product Owner to maximize value for an Agile scrum team within the enterprise AI program. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements, maintain a prioritized backlog, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to drive successful delivery.

As the day-to-day leader for the scrum team, you’ll remove ambiguity, ensure quality, and align work with regulatory and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to program objectives and business value.

• Review, refine, and accept completed work to ensure requirements and quality expectations are met.
• Make day-to-day prioritization and scope decisions in support of delivery objectives.
• Drive backlog readiness and protect the team from scope creep.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
