Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to execute against the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Translate business objectives into well‑defined features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements.
• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to program objectives and business value.
• Review, refine, and accept completed work to ensure requirements and quality expectations are met.
• Make day‑to‑day prioritization and scope decisions in support of delivery objectives.
• Drive backlog readiness to ensure sufficient work is prepared for upcoming sprints.
• Promote adherence to Agile practices, sprint commitments, and team delivery routines.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and technology teams to remove blockers and improve team effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate closely with business, technology, data, and operational stakeholders.
• Proactively provide updates on priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while balancing competing priorities.
