Job summary

Bank of America is seeking the Enterprise DAISY AI Product Owner to maximize value for a dedicated Agile scrum team. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable backlog items and serve as the voice of the business to prioritize work and drive delivery.

In this role you will partner with product managers, data and technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI capabilities at enterprise scale while ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience with AI, Gen AI, or data-driven products preferred.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Experience in large-scale Agile environments a plus.
• DevOps and Agile delivery practices helpful.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: partner with Product Managers to execute vision and priorities.
• Translate objectives into well-defined features and acceptance criteria.
• Own and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to objectives and value.
• Review, refine, and accept completed work to ensure quality expectations.
• Make day-to-day prioritization and scope decisions to support delivery.
