We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Senior AI Program Manager to lead a highly visible enterprise transformation initiative focused on building a next-generation Workforce Solutions Platform from the ground up.

This is a greenfield opportunity where you will help shape the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for one of the organization's top strategic initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, including the CIO and C-suite stakeholders, you will drive a multi-year phased technology implementation that leverages AI, automation, modern cloud technologies, and data-driven experiences to transform workforce planning and operational decision making.While this role is heavily focused on program execution and stakeholder management, success requires a solid understanding of AI-enabled platforms, enterprise software development, and modern technology architectures.

You will partner with business leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers measurable business outcomes while establishing a foundation for future innovation.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management, product management, or technology transformation experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading at least one enterprise software platform or digital solution from inception through production deployment.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, and technology teams.
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-level leaders and board-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work across multiple business units and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, automation, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development, architecture, and modern technology platforms.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams to influence technical decisions and challenge assumptions when necessary Experience leading greenfield platform builds or large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Experience leading or mentoring product owners, program managers, project managers, or cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience within healthcare, healthcare workforce management, workforce planning, staffing, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with workforce demand planning, labor optimization, scheduling, or operational workforce solutions.
• Experience collaborating with clinical leadership, healthcare executives, or operational business stakeholders.
