Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to drive strategy, product management, governance, and adoption of enterprise AI-powered work experiences across productivity and collaboration tools.

You will define the vision for employee-facing technology platforms, ensuring measurable business value while upholding security, risk, compliance, and responsible AI standards; you will steward the AI roadmap and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of AI solutions experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military, or education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
7+ years in product management, digital workplace technology, enterprise platforms, AI product strategy, or related tech functions
Strong understanding of responsible AI, model governance, data privacy, and tech risk management
Experience with enterprise productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration tools, automation platforms, knowledge systems, and employee experience solutions
Experience implementing generative AI, AI assistants, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation capabilities
Experience defining and executing enterprise product roadmaps in highly regulated environments
Proven success managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and influencing strategic decisions
Experience leading technology transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Strong governance, risk management, and operational controls understanding

Requirements

10+ years of Artificial Intelligence solutions experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
7+ years of experience in product management, digital workplace technology, enterprise platforms, AI product strategy, or related technology functions
Strong understanding of responsible AI, model governance, data privacy, and technology risk management
Experience with enterprise productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration tools, automation platforms, knowledge systems, and employee experience solutions
Experience implementing generative AI, AI assistants, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation capabilities
Experience defining and executing enterprise product roadmaps in highly regulated environments
Demonstrated success managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and influencing strategic decisions
