Job summary

Global AI Internet Freedom Fund seeks a Product Associate to support aitium®, our agentic AI and commerce intelligence platform, bridging product management, engineering, data, cloud operations, and GTM execution. You will translate business requirements into clear product features, infrastructure changes, workflows, and testing plans.

This hands-on role emphasizes building and commercializing emerging AI products rather than managing an established product from a distance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• At least one year of product operations, software implementation, cloud operations, or related experience.
• Strong written communication and requirements documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into structured technical requirements.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, YAML, CSV, databases, or structured data.
• Working knowledge of Git, repositories, branches, commits, and merges.
• Familiarity with command-line tools (Bash, AWS CLI, Git CLI, curl).
• Willingness to obtain AWS certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Support the aitium product roadmap including agentic AI, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Gather and document requirements from customers, internal users, and partners.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks.
• Coordinate with developers to prioritize, test, release, and document capabilities.
• Support deployments and CI/CD using AWS CDK and CodeSuite practices.
• Review and maintain AWS CodeBuild projects and workflows.
• Test APIs and integrations using command-line tools and API clients.
• Work with Git repositories and code-review workflows.
• Identify bugs and data-quality issues via aitium connected systems.
• Create product documentation, diagrams, onboarding materials.
