Job summary

C3 AI is seeking an AI Product Manager Intern to help enhance the Agentic AI Platform and domain-specific AI applications. You will write product specs, define success metrics, prototype features, and test them, collaborating with design, development, and implementation teams.

You will build hi-fidelity prototypes, define evals for agent accuracy and reliability, and participate in problem-solving sessions to shape product improvements.

Qualifications

• MBA in progress; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar analytical field required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Conceptual understanding of agentic systems and ML & optimization models, including LLMs, agents, and tool use.
• Comfortable prototyping and building applications using agentic building tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects independently and across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Write product specs that define capabilities across C3 AI's agentic platform and domain AI apps.
• Define success metrics and validate capabilities with engineering.
• Build hi-fidelity prototypes and test features; provide structured feedback to engineering.
• Define evals and success metrics for agent accuracy and task completion; feedback findings to engineering.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate across product engineering, forward deployed engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market to move ideas to launch.
