Job summary
TikTok in San Jose is seeking an intern Product Manager to support moderation and safety initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize the Human Moderation queue, help design product workflows, and gain hands-on experience across data analysis and project delivery.
This internship offers exposure to LIVE Safety features, metrics development, and opportunities to impact content governance while learning from experienced product professionals in a fast-moving tech environment.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in CS, analytics, IT/Systems or related field.
- Foundational understanding of safety, product management or product design.
- Basic proficiency with analytical tools and data sense.
- Good communication with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the optimization and revamp of the Human Moderation queue.
- Assist in building and refining metric frameworks for review efficiency and quality.
- Participate in design and iteration of LIVE Safety features and workflows.
- Identify risk points and bottlenecks in moderation systems via data and feedback.
