Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm, defining standards and guiding best practices from ideation to delivery. You will partner with PMO, design, engineering, and architecture leaders to surface insights and shape strategic product opportunities.

The role emphasizes customer discovery, market research, and the evolution of product roadmaps with strong emphasis on AI-enabled products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and managing products.
• Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably AI or tech-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for innovation and understanding of AI/tech market trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support planning, capability development, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Support PMs in defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing customer needs and timelines.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs using feedback and data.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.
• Support release planning, go-to-market readiness, and stakeholder communications.
