Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong Controls background to lead AI-enabled product transformation within Trusts & Estates.

This IC role owns product strategy and end-to-end delivery, partnering with Controls, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Data/AI teams to modernize governance, auditability, and risk management by design. The candidate will energize the product roadmap, embed robust governance, and drive measurable improvements in control

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent ownership of complex platforms/workflows end-to-end.
• Experience in a controls-heavy banking environment (Risk & Controls, Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk).
• Proven track record delivering AI/automation/analytics products in production with measurable business impact.
• Strong knowledge of regulated process design: documentation standards, audit readiness, approvals, and evidence capture.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and strategy for AI transformation in Trusts & Estates Controls.
• Own the roadmap and prioritization with 12–24 month delivery plans and KPIs.
• Lead discovery and define requirements: journeys, problem statements, value sizing, and success metrics.
• Embed controls into product design: governance workflows, audit trails, access controls, data handling, change management.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across business, Controls, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
• Own delivery execution using agile practices: epics, acceptance criteria, release planning, risk management.
• Champion responsible AI adoption with monitoring, human-in-the-loop controls, and user guidance.
• Enable adoption and change: training, communications, and continuous improvement.
