Red Ventures Growth & Transformation seeks an AI Product Manager to own technically-focused workstreams inside client initiatives, designing, building, deploying, and optimizing AI-native products and agentic workflows that move client metrics.

You will work with engineering and data science teams to translate requirements, demonstrate business impact, and scale platform features across industries. The role offers a hybrid schedule with offices in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC.

• Drive scoped AI initiatives end to end, translating concepts into requirements and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Business, Data Science, Design, and Engineering to turn requirements into features and data products.
• Own product adoption through collaboration and stakeholder communication; ensure scalability and reliability of platform features.
• Establish data-driven narratives to connect progress and outcomes to business impact.
• Prototype and experiment using LLMs and agent frameworks to accelerate product decisions.
• Mentor junior teammates in product, technical, and analytical skills.
