Job summary

Ernst & Young (EY) is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community and define shared standards across the firm. You will guide product lifecycle activities from ideation to delivery, collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams to ensure customer-centric products.

You will develop PRDs, business cases, and roadmaps, while maintaining governance through PMO/Scrum partnerships and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs and timelines.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs, leveraging feedback and data.
