Job summary

Lucid Software in Nevada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-powered product initiatives, including agentic workflows and canvas-native generative features. You will lead a team focused on innovation and rapid prototyping within a visual collaboration platform.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to de-risk new AI capabilities, shape strategy, and deliver high-value experiences for customers who collaborate visually and asynchronously.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Experience bringing agentic AI products to market in fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of AI systems, including agent architectures, tool use, and AI evaluations.
• Exceptional product judgment with ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product, and Go-to-Market teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to identify, test, and de-risk new AI capabilities, validating customer value through prototypes and experiments.
• Shape how Lucid builds AI products by improving development processes, evaluation strategies, and experimentation practices.
• Stay at the forefront of modern AI, agentic systems, and developer tooling to infuse new tech into product strategy.
• Translate customer insights into AI experiences that feel natural, useful, and trustworthy.
• Own AI platform capabilities and evaluations from strategy through launch with cross-functional collaboration.
