Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI/ML & Generative AI to identify and deliver AI-powered products that elevate customer experiences, merchant capabilities, driver experiences, and delivery operations.

You will work with engineering, data science, ML, UX and analytics teams to translate discoveries into production, applying a strong technical foundation in APIs, microservices, and databases to drive product strategy and measurable impact.

Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management delivering digital products at scale.
2+ years of AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Products, or Intelligent Automation.
Experience taking AI/data products from discovery to production.
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and modern AI/technology platforms.
Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, ML, UX, and Analytics teams.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and product strategy skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and deliver AI-powered products that improve customer experiences, merchant capabilities, driver experiences, and delivery operations.
