Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions for Veeva Labeling. You will be an expert in using AI to author and validate drug labeling content and automate related processes.

YouRe hands-on prototyping AI features, designing production AI Agent apps, and collaborating with engineering and UX to automate key business processes. Strong AI/ML knowledge and Python skills are essential, with travel up to 20% requested.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on design and development of prototypes of AI product features for Veeva Labeling.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
