Job summary

Veeva seeks an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Veeva Labeling. You will author and validate drug labeling content and automate related processes, working with engineering and UX to accelerate AI-enabled business workflows.

Responsibilities include prototyping AI features, delivering production AI Agent applications, evaluating AI options, and presenting capabilities to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting.
• At least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI product feature prototypes.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow and prompts.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to stakeholders.
