Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions for Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training.

You will lead the design of data flows, prompts, and production AI agents that automate regulated processes within life sciences software. You will collaborate with engineering and UX to apply AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering to deliver high-value features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience with AI/ML focus
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration
• Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production AI Agent features for Veeva QualityDocs and Training
• Create data flow, orchestration, and prompts for AI agents
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI
• Evaluate AI agents and present capabilities to stakeholders
• Partner with product management across functions to drive value
