Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Veeva Labeling, a new product moving with startup speed and public-company backing. You will author and validate labeling content using AI.

You will prototype AI features, design production AI Agent apps, and collaborate across engineering and UX to automate processes. ET-zone based and willing to travel 20% are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting with at least 2 years in AI/ML.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Python coding skills and hands-on AI tooling experience.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs and prompts.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prototype AI product features for AI Agent solutions.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow and prompts.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to automate key processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations and present capabilities to stakeholders.
