Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite. You will map documents to data and define data flows, working with engineering and UX to deploy AI-driven processes.

This role requires 5+ years in enterprise SaaS, Python and AI frameworks, plus ability to travel up to 20%. Location-flexible: work from home or in the office; strong communication with stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management or related tech roles, with AI focus.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks/APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and prompts.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, UX, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI agents across Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent apps including data flow and prompts.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
