Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an AI Product Manager to shape the product strategy for enterprise AI capabilities. You will partner with business-facing PMs, translate needs into actionable roadmaps, and align engineering, security, and legal teams to deliver measurable value across initiatives.

You will lead roadmaps for solutions built on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry and Power Platform, while advancing Capital Group's AI strategy across platforms and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related disciplines.
• Experience translating business needs into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Security, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute product strategy for enterprise AI capabilities.
• Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to prioritize roadmaps.
• Drive adoption and measure outcomes across AI initiatives.
