Job summary

EducationDynamics is seeking a Product Manager, Client Solutions to partner with university leaders, uncover needs, and translate them into engineering-ready requirements. This remote role spans discovery through go-live, with travel 20–30% for workshops and pilots.

You will collaborate with distributed teams across the US, guide EDDY agents, own PRDs, and influence product direction while maintaining steady scope and client commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, implementation leadership, or client-facing delivery.
• 3+ years in or for higher education institutions.
• Hands-on with at least one higher-ed system of record (CRM/SIS/LMS).
• SQL and data modeling fluency; read schemas and joins.
• Practical knowledge of LLM-based and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements sessions across concurrent engagements.
• Translate business needs into clear, buildable specifications for engineering.
• Partner on data ingestion design and source-system mapping.
• Own PRDs, functional specs, and acceptance criteria for EDDY agents.
• Make decisions that keep builds moving without changing scope or costs.
