Job summary

You will work across product teams to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical outputs that accelerate revenue and customer success.

Responsibilities include owning the AI backlog, defining success metrics, and coordinating go-to-market processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (CS/Engineering/Business).
• 5+ years in software product management, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents and automations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define success metrics.
• Map go-to-market processes end to end to reduce steps and manual effort.
• Own the AI backlog and prioritize by value, effort, risk, and fit.
• Build and ship AI agents, Claude Projects, and automated workflows from prototype to production.
• Write clear requirements and develop solutions using AI tooling like Claude Code and APIs.
• Establish evaluation processes for accuracy, tone, and customer impact with governance.
• Drive adoption through enablement and measure impact on seller time and cycle times.
