Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Operations, Portfolio Management, Consulting, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead product discovery and move initiatives from concept through delivery-ready execution.
• Strong understanding of product roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, current-state assessments, use-case development, and risk analysis.
• Translate business strategy into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs, and roadmap recommendations.
• Develop product briefs, business cases, investment proposals, funding requests, and executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate with Product Strategy, Analytics, AI, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to drive execution and alignment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Product Owner (AI) to drive product strategy, portfolio execution, and AI-enabled ways of working across a growing portfolio of healthcare and digital initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will move opportunities from discovery and prioritization through roadmap development, delivery readiness, launch planning, and outcome measurement. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, product teams, analytics organizations, and technology partners to define high-value opportunities, translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements, and improve the speed and quality of product execution through responsible AI adoption. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide strategy, work with cutting-edge AI technologies, and shape the future of digital health in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner with business and portfolio leaders to define customer problems, target outcomes, value propositions, and product opportunities
• Lead and support product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, current-state assessments, use-case development, and risk analysis
• Translate business strategy into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs, and roadmap recommendations
• Develop product briefs, business cases, investment proposals, funding requests, and executive-level presentations
• Coordinate with Product Strategy, Analytics, AI, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to drive execution and alignment
• Define success metrics and support adoption planning, outcome measurement, and value realization efforts
• Maintain visibility into roadmap commitments, dependencies, risks, approvals, timelines, and resource requirements
• Promote responsible AI adoption, ensuring governance, data privacy, and risk management practices are followed
• Leverage enterprise AI and generative AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision support
• Support the launch planning and delivery readiness of AI-enabled healthcare and digital initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Operations, Portfolio Management, Consulting, or a related discipline
• Proven ability to lead product discovery and move initiatives from concept through delivery-ready execution
• Strong understanding of product roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI and generative AI tools for productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision support
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance, data privacy, and risk management
• Experience in healthcare, clinical, personalization, analytics, or AI-enabled product environments preferred
