Job summary
Gartner is seeking a business-facing AI Product Leader to own AI-enabled sales workflows such as Sales Assistant and Enterprise Assistant. You’ll partner with Sales, Data Science, UX, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable products and drive adoption across enterprise sales processes.
Bring 10+ years of enterprise sales and AI product experience, plus strong stakeholder influence and executive communication.
Qualifications
- Enterprise selling expertise including account planning and opportunity management.
- Ability to apply AI to business processes and agentic workflows.
- Experience translating needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery with business leaders and frontline sellers.
- Define future-state workflows and translate findings into requirements.
- Manage full product lifecycle from discovery to rollout and iteration.
- Coordinate with Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Legal for delivery.
- Establish success metrics for adoption, UX, and business impact.
- Communicate direction and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Balance user value, feasibility, and governance in decisions.
