Job summary

CodePath EDU is seeking a Product Lead to own the education product suite used by faculty and administrators at partner universities. You will drive a comprehensive offering that enables instructors to deliver AI-native software engineering courses and expand institutional adoption.

In this role, you will collaborate with higher-ed partnerships to understand campus needs, define a measurable product roadmap, and push for adoption, retention, and growth across departments.

Qualifications

• Taken a product from 0-to-1 and scaled it, in multiple environments (e.g., large company and startup).
• Shipped AI features to production and regularly wrote and shipped code in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Own the CodePath EDU product end-to-end.
• Talk with faculty and administrators weekly and translate learnings into a prioritized roadmap.
• Drive LMS integrations to maturity (Canvas, Blackboard).
• Use AI across the workflow to prototype, gather requirements, and analyze usage data.
• Define metrics proving product impact at scale, including instructor retention and hours saved per instructor.
