You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions that enable analytics, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered capabilities across the organization. You will act as a technical leader, mentoring engineers and shaping architecture for enterprise platforms supporting strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining enterprise software applications.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and services.
• Lead architecture and design discussions for enterprise-level solutions.
• Develop secure, maintainable APIs and backend services.
• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, and version control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
