Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to bridge business and AI engineering teams, shaping AI-enabled products across asset management. You will translate workflows, drive the roadmap, and lead multi-disciplinary squads to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires deep asset management expertise, strong PM skills, and practical AI knowledge, including ML, generative AI, and agentic AI, partnering with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years of asset management experience.
• 7+ years in asset management product management.
• 5+ years AI engineering or related experience.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent workflows.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and opportunities for AI integration.
• Translate problems into AI product lines and scalable capabilities.
• Assess competitive AI offerings to shape the roadmap.
• Lead AI product implementation using Agile methods and milestones.
• Review AI engineering deliverables and provide feedback for iteration.
• Demonstrate capabilities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across onshore/offshore teams.
