You will own system design, lead AI-powered product initiatives, and collaborate directly with customers to shape solutions from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles (Principal Engineer, Startup CTO, Founding Engineer, etc.).
• Strong hands-on software development background with production-grade systems.
• Experience shaping product strategy through customer feedback and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and validate solutions.
• Lead customer discovery conversations and translate insights into product direction.
• Drive architecture decisions and technical strategy within a small, focused engineering team.
• Build MVPs and prototypes quickly to validate assumptions in a startup-style setting.
• Influence roadmaps, priorities, and technical direction across cross-functional teams.
