Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer, AI Attack Simulation to own the technical direction of an AI security platform. Translate adversarial AI research into scalable security-testing capabilities while mentoring engineers and partnering with Product Management.

Lead architecture, drive production-grade systems, and guide the team through complex engineering challenges in a remote U.S. setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend and distributed systems background.
• Production experience with AI or agentic systems.
• Cybersecurity product experience or offensive security background.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and direction for AI attack-simulation tech.
• Build scalable systems translating adversarial AI into production security tools.
• Design agentic workflows, integrations, guardrails, evaluation frameworks.
• Partner with Product Management on strategy and roadmap.
• Develop AI-first workflows from research to release.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.
• Improve reliability, security, and observability.
