Job summary

ADT is seeking a Manager, Intelligent Automation & AI Solutions in Irving, TX to lead discovery, architecture, and implementation of scalable automation and AI-powered workflows that elevate operational performance and stakeholder experiences.

The role combines automation engineering expertise with business process improvement, strong delivery execution, and the ability to communicate with operational and executive stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workflow automation, software engineering, or related fields.
• Proven track record building production-grade automation ecosystems.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams on enterprise programs.
• Experience with modern generative/agentic platforms and enterprise automation suites.
• Strong REST APIs, integrations, SQL, scripting, webhooks, and IAM security knowledge.
• Ability to assess business processes and realize measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to analyze workflows and drive end-to-end automation lifecycle.
• Serve as the technical SME for automation and AI practice across platforms and tools.
• Direct solution architecture, development, QA, release, and user adoption with governance and security baked in.
