Job summary

Further is hiring for an Associate Product Director to join our Technology and Product Innovation team. You’ll shape needs into AI‑enabled product capabilities and ensure delivery with engineering partners.

The role sits in our Dallas, TX or Cleveland, OH headquarters on a hybrid schedule, with in‑office days Tue–Thu. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling product features, drive the roadmap, and manage cross‑functional execution.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of product management experience or similar product-focused roles.
• Experience leading end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities, from strategy to delivery.
• Experience with at least one AI‑powered digital product or platform.
• Ability to translate business needs into product features with clear value propositions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive decisions, and solve problems across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI‑enabled product initiatives.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements.
• Understand, articulate and prioritize features based on the value, scope, risk and delivery constraints.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals, delivery timelines and value outcomes, and successful execution of product features and releases.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate product progress and outcomes.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities
• Define and monitor product performance, collect feedback, and prioritize improvements based on user insights and business impact
• Drive continuous improvement based on feedback, data, and performance insights
