Job summary

Félix is building an AI-powered fintech platform for Latin immigrants in the U.S., with a focus on scalable, autonomous AI agents integrated into WhatsApp. The role supports a rapid, high-impact growth phase and reports to the Head of AI, collaborating with multiple engineering teams to translate strategy into a concrete roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering with 2+ years in production AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one core LLM API/framework (OpenAI SDK, LangChain, etc.).
• Experience building agentic systems with RAG, vector DBs, and memory/state management.
• Strong fundamentals in Git, CI/CD, and clean, well-tested code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI agents in production.
• Establish LLM ops, observability, tracing, and latency monitoring.
• Lead integration of AI agents into Payments, Fraud, and core product systems.
• Develop eval pipelines using evals-as-code and adversarial benchmarking.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in async programming and validation.
