Hyatt seeks a Director of AI Platforms and Shared Services to lead strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of internal products enabling AI product engineering teams. You’ll translate needs into reusable, self-service capabilities that speed production.

In this player-coach role, you’ll own the end-to-end platforms, collaborate with Platform and Infrastructure teams on enterprise requirements, and mentor a growing engineering team across AWS and GCP.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience spanning AI/ML or cloud platform engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams with hands-on involvement in architecture and development.
• Experience designing, delivering, operating and evolving end-to-end platforms or shared services used by multiple teams.
• Experience building production agent or AI systems with deployment, observability, and integration.
• Strong Python development skills with reusable libraries and developer tools.
• Experience with AWS and GCP and container orchestration.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle capabilities including versioning, validation, deployment and explainability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of internal AI platforms and shared services.
• Define service boundaries, APIs, data flows, and deployment patterns across enterprise systems.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture, prototyping, and production problem solving on AWS and GCP.
