Job summary

Closr in the Flatiron District, New York City, is looking for a hands-on Full-stack Engineer to join our in-office team five days a week. You will own meaningful parts of the product from day one and work closely with customers to translate feedback into improvements.

You will build AI testing agents with LLMs and agentic systems, tackle zero-to-one initiatives, and demonstrate high agency by ramping up quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript, React and Next.js with real backend experience.
• Hands-on work with LLMs or AI agents.
• Ownership of zero-to-one product improvements or equivalent initiative.
• High agency with fast ramp-up in a startup context.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and turn their feedback into product improvements within hours.
• Build and improve AI testing agents using LLMs and agentic systems.
