Rivian in Georgia is hiring an AI Product Engineer to build enterprise tools and automations that save time and money within Rivian's Facilities organization. You will use AI-native development tools like Cursor, Gemini, and Claude to turn real facilities problems into working solutions that streamline reporting, tracking, and operations.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the tools, work with Jira for requirements, and collaborate with construction, real estate, and operations teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng/Info Systems or related field
• 4+ years in a technical role such as software development or product ownership
• Experience building with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agent design, and LLM app development
• Strong fundamentals in Agile, Git, code reviews, and secure deployment
• Strong UI/UX instincts and clear communication skills
• Self-directed, thrives in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Build internal apps, AI agents, and workflow automations with no-code/low-code solutions
• Connect Facilities data sources via APIs to unify information
• Own the full SDLC with Jira, manage sprint cycles and requirements
• Conduct code reviews and enhance deployed tooling based on feedback
• Document solutions and create reusable templates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to quantify ROI and prioritize automations
