Job summary

Rivian seeks an AI Product Engineer to build enterprise tools and automations that cut time and cost across Facilities operations. You will use AI-native tools to turn real problems into working solutions embedded in construction reporting, real estate operations, and building management.

Responsibilities include SDLC ownership, sprint planning in Jira, and code reviews, with strong collaboration to identify high-ROI automations and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code).
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM application development.
• Strong Agile, Git, and secure deployment practices.
• UI/UX sensibilities with ability to deliver usable interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Build internal apps, AI agents, and automations with no-code/low-code approaches.
• Manage sprint cycles and define technical requirements in Jira.
• Conduct code reviews and enhance deployed tools based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with Facilities stakeholders to identify high ROI automations.
