Job summary

REALM in New York City is seeking a Product Engineer to own the product experience built on top of our AI agents and to influence what gets built with founders, design and customers.

You’ll build AI-powered features end to end, work directly with customers for feedback, and partner with design to elevate frontend quality while scoping projects and delivering with a strong emphasis on code quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, Node.js (NestJS preferred) and PostgreSQL.
• Track record of owning features from concept to launch across product, design and GTM.
• Strong product instincts and a genuine interest in user experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch AI-powered features end to end, from data models and APIs through to polished user interfaces
• Speak directly with customers and turn their feedback into product improvements
• Partner with design to raise the bar on frontend quality and define new interaction patterns
• Scope loosely defined projects, set milestones and drive them through to delivery
• Make sound technical decisions and hold a high bar on code quality
