Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking an AI Product Designer to shape human-AI interactions, design adaptive system behaviors, and build trustworthy interfaces for AI applications. The role bridges complex ML capabilities with intuitive user experiences in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities include defining human-AI workflows, ensuring transparency, rapid prototyping with Figma, collaborating with engineers and data scientists, and conducting user research to validate designs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, UX, or interaction design focusing on complex SaaS or technical B2B.
• Deep understanding of AI models, agentic behaviors, and design system architecture.
• Mastery of Figma alongside modern generative and design-to-code workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to align technical limits with user needs.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (All 5 days Onsite) Need Local only

• We're looking for someone with either more focus on digital product and modern AI, or if they showcase brand work, demonstrate a strong aesthetic and taste.
• In terms of resume and background, IBM and Oracle are certainly not bad companies, but they're also not reputed for great design and UX. Ideally, we'd be reviewing candidates who have experience working at companies where design and UX plays more of a central role.
