Job summary

TikTok is seeking a campus intern to contribute to AI product design. You will collaborate with product and engineering to shape user-centric AI features, from concept to launch, while aligning with business goals and user needs.

This role offers hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply classroom knowledge. Ideal candidates are pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in HCI, AI, CS, Design, or psychology, with strong UI skills, and familiarity with iOS/Android

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in HCI, AI, CS, Design, Psychology or related field.
• Strong interaction and UI skills; proficient in Figma.
• Frequent user of AI products with understanding of AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design TikTok's AI products from concept to launch.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build user-centric AI experiences.
• Understand business goals and user needs; drive design from logic mapping to implementation.
• Stay current with AI interaction trends and define design standards.
• Use AI tools in daily workflows to boost efficiency and quality.
