TikTok is seeking a Campus Intern to join the TikTok AI Ad Agent team in San Jose, CA. You will help shape product strategy and development for AI-powered ad capabilities, collaborating with engineering, ML, data science, and operations to deliver impactful features.

The 12-week full-time summer internship offers hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply knowledge to real-world challenges while building a foundation for growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's in computer science or related technical discipline.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills for problem solving.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution abilities.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
• Must commit to a 12-week full-time period during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Help product strategy and development for TikTok AI Ad Agent, building capabilities across ad creation and optimization, issue diagnosis, and marketing decision guidance.
• Assist in designing AI-powered product experiences that integrate data, models, and advertising workflows.
• Understand advertiser pain points and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, data science, and operations teams to launch and iterate AI Agent capabilities.
• Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics to improve advertiser value and business impact.
