Based in San Francisco or New York City, this role involves advising on model development, data governance, and regulatory considerations while partnering with cross-functional teams to enable rapid, responsible AI product advancement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience, including 4+ years counseling on AI, machine learning, or other emerging technology products.
• Prior in-house experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to counsel for teams building Abridge's core AI models and products, advising on legal issues spanning model development, agentic workflows, multimodal outputs, and downstream clinical use.
