Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a technical writer to join the Product Content team. You will create and maintain user-focused documentation across features, working with design, engineering, product management, and your writing lead to deliver clear information for customers.

You will learn ServiceNow’s content processes, DITA-based models, and writing standards, gain product knowledge, and have a meaningful impact on customer success by helping users achieve their goals quickly and easily.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI in work processes and documenting decisions clearly.
• Proven ability to write clearly for users of complex software.
• Familiarity with content development lifecycles and review cycles.
• Experience authoring in structured formats like DITA or Markdown.
• Proven ability to collaborate across design, engineering and product teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, globally distributed software environments.
