Job summary

HighLevel is hiring a Lead Product Analyst, AI Products to own analytics for our AI pillar including Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, and Ask AI. You will define feature KPIs, drive adoption and quality analysis, and collaborate with the Experimentation & Causal Inference lead to measure non-deterministic AI features.

You will set measurement standards, mentor analysts as the pod scales, and translate insights into actionable roadmap recommendations for AI PMs in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product analytics, data science, or applied statistics with hands-on ownership of a product area’s metrics end-to-end.
• Defined event tracking/taxonomy and driven into a product roadmap, not just consumed existing tables.
• Able to define success metrics for a product from a standing start and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own instrumentation coverage for the AI pillar and drive events/properties into the roadmap with PMs and engineering.
• Define feature-level KPIs for Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, and Ask AI and measure adoption/quality.
• Partner with Experimentation & Causal Inference lead to design and read AI experiments for non-deterministic, fast-iterating systems.
• Identify data gaps and inform event taxonomy to support AI analytics contracts across teams.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for AI PMs and influence the roadmap.
