Job summary

LaunchAI in Utah is looking for an AI Process Consultant to analyze existing business workflows and map end-to-end processes for AI automation. You will bridge customers’ operational knowledge with the technical team building AI solutions.

You won’t need to be a programmer, but you will ask detailed questions, document steps, and design AI-agent workflows that reduce manual work across ERP and office software. Hybrid or remote work options available.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and interview employees about workflows.
• Document and map business processes from start to end.
• Break complex workflows into individual actions and decisions.
• Identify repetitive, manual, and rules-based work.
• Identify opportunities where AI agents can reduce human involvement.
• Understand how employees interact with ERP systems, websites, and software.
• Document process variations and exceptions.
• Determine where human approval is required.
• Translate requirements into workflow specifications for the AI team.
• Help design AI-agent workflows and logic.
• Test workflows and identify failure points.
• Refine and improve automated processes with customers.
• Measure time, cost, and operational impact of automation.
• Create documentation to maintain and improve workflows over time.
