Job summary

KeyBank's Real Estate Capital Business & Technology Optimization team is seeking an AI Process Analyst to support AI and process improvement initiatives across Real Estate Capital (REC) and KeyBank Commercial Servicing (KCIS). The analyst will work with business teams to map workflows, identify opportunities, and translate them into practical AI-driven solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience applying generative AI or automation tools to business problems.
• Proficiency with enterprise AI platforms (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Gemini).
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology delivery.
• Understanding AI-based reasoning vs rules-based processing and when to use each.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate workflows into requirements.
